After the rant we the find out that Lennie did not understand what George was saying because he says "i wouldn't eat no ketchup if it was right here beside me". It makes the readers feel sorry for
Piggy was Ralph to blow the conch and call a meeting but ralph was scared that no one would come and say that he is going to relinquish leadership of the group. This shows that he is a failure as a leader because he has no authority over no one and a leader without any authority is no leader at all. Furthermore he does something that he said was a waste of time he goes hunting and manages to hit a boar and gets excited and wants everyone to know. Ralph is showing us that he is a failure by doing something that he wouldn’t have done in chapter 1-4. Then Ralph gets depressed again and needs piggy to cheer him up with a good idea that might help them get rescued.
He loses himself in his emotions, but he struggles to control himself while “evolving the right way” (125) in order to survive. Gene feels guilty for losing himself, as a child would, when throwing a temper-tantrum. He does not mean to hurt people, especially the ones he cares for, he just does not know any better. Gene’s instincts kick in when he feels threatened, and he always regrets when they do. After Gene kicked Leper’s chair he says to Mrs. Lepellier, “I’m terribly-it was a mistake…he said something crazy.
This demonstrated that Boo had no connections to anyone outside his house since he was not allowed to have one which made misery rain on him. Lastly Boo was always discriminated and never appreciated for anything he had done to serve society. As the people of Maycomb always on thought of Boo being a bad person, he was shown evidently that he served society as a secret hero such as when he had saved the children from Bob Ewell; “Mr. Ewell was tryin’ to squeeze me to death . .
He is very shy with the others and at first he doesn’t want all the others to know his nick name they used to call him at school. But because he has told Ralph he’s relying on Ralph to keep the secret from the others ‘so long as you don’t tell the others’. Piggy doesn’t come across as being intelligent but he is the only one on the island that talks sense ‘nobody don’t know were here’ he doesn’t talk in proper sentences that’s why all the boys in the camp do not thing he is intelligent but he is the only one that is talking sense and knows what is going on. Piggy is also rational and has an understanding about life. He constantly warns the boys about their behaviour and foolish ways.
Phineas, like Leper, also lacks self-knowledge, which results in dire consequences. Naiveté about personal abilities creates resentment. Phineas does not like talking about his personal achievements and abilities, which causes resentment and jealousy in other people, especially Gene. “We aren’t going to talk about this. It’s just between you and me.
He has a very old dog, and the boys at the farm want to shoot it. Candy thinks that just because someone is old doesn’t mean they’re useless, and would they shoot him too? They always think he’s unable to do things because he’s old, even though he can do it. Throughout the novel, he is often by himself, away from others, because he is discriminated against by the others. As the end of the novel approaches, discrimination leads towards Lennie’s harsh
I thought I should have stepped to help out but pigs were given first priority to and had more power than anyone in the farm, thus I decided not to. As days passed, Napoleon and Snowball took over, and started to run the farm. Napoleon was quite different from the whole group of animals, personally I did not like him or trust ‘Animal Farm’ in his hands. Napoleon’s speeches were short and to the point, which many of us including me, who never followed what he said. Us, animals were blindfolded by him and never realized he took advantage of the lack of knowledge we had just for the his benefit now and later in the future as well.

They assure that ‘things are too soft’, and that discipline has broken out. What is more, given the fact that children and adolescents are more difficult to handle as years go by, it is almost impossible for the heads of these establishments to stand this situation. VERY GOOD Secondly, the dissatisfaction some people may experience due to the conditions under which they work is another factor that may lead to madness. Dwellers that are not happy with their job can easily have a not very adequate reaction. For example, some people that have public work may always have arguments with citizens or colleagues without a clear reason.
