Assignment 013- Understand Partnership Working in Services for Children and Young People Task A Why is it important for children and young people that you work in partnership with the following people/groups? Parents, carers and guardians This partnership is very important because parents or carers need to trust the nursery and staff that work there. They will expect the best quality of care for their child. Partnering well with the parent or carer of the child will increase good communication including sharing important information regarding the child needs, wants and development. Building trust with parents or carers will result in them knowing that the nursery is a very good place for their child as it offers a great amount of help and support, which is especially important for new parents or carers.
How do we know this to be true?”. “ We have a religion that was given to us from our forefathers and has been handed down to our children. We worship in that way. It teaches us to be thankful for all the favors we receive; to love each other, and to be united. We never quarrel about religion.” “Brother, the Great Spirit has made us all, but He had made a great difference between his white and red children.
Effective missionaries are lifelong learners of culture, working to understand where their people currently are so they can lead them to a true, yet truly enculturated, understanding of the grace and truth of Jesus Christ. They understand that the core of the Good News can come wrapped in different packages and expressions. That is all to say, this book by Reggie McNeal resonates with my passion for people with a missional faith. That we should be more missional. To survive as a church in this modern western world, we need a huge paradigm shift of being missional.
Amish people believe that the more children they have, the more blessings they’ve obtained from God. They love their children and are very supportive of one another inside the family under any given circumstance, making them very united. They always eat and spend time together by singing songs, teaching each other valuable lessons, tell stories, and go to church together to celebrate every holiday. In contrast, in the current Australian society, children are treasured. For that purpose, parents limit the number of children that they have.
All babies need love and attention from the moment they are born. It isn’t just about meeting their physical needs like feeding, bathing and changing. Attention and love from adults is important for children’s development and for their mental health it provides them with the ability to form positive relationships and learn and develop in the best way for each individual child. Giving children a key person within their early years setting allows them to feel comforted and secure whilst they are away from their parents or carers, they are able to feel relaxed in the care of their key worker giving them love comfort and protection and therefore enabling them to play and learn in the setting. Having the supportive, loving relationship with their
Mothers nurture and raise their children but in return they realize the true beauty of love in a child. The mentor becomes the mentee in this relationship and many others. Christianity has much of these sorts of relationships, as Christians they are supposed to give of them selves or sacrifice for others and in return they benefit from the situation where they are giving something. We realize that Fisher isn’t the only hurting and broken person who needs help, but the doctor also needs help. This could lead us to assume that everyone is hurting and broken in someway and in need of healing and

Not only to show courtesy and character, but helping someone also demonstrates God’s endless love and mercy he shows to anyone who willingly accepts Him as his/her savior. As a minister, this father’s ultimate goal as a parent is to raise his children to be as Christ like as humanly possible. We communicate this to students through a changed lifestyle, showing that Jesus can and will give you true identity and security. At Calvin, I hope to contribute by encouraging others to grow and learn in Christ by maintaining a fellowship that will praise Him in whatever we may do, whether it is preparing for the next exam, simply participating in an intramural game or even how we nourish our bodies. Philippians 2:1-2 reminds us of the importance of being united for Christ: “If therefore there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.” My decision of wanting to attend a Christian school such as Calvin College came from the realization that many of the people I respect went to schools that are grounded in faith.
Innocence in the life of a child is as important to them as the very air that they breathe. When they are young, they only believe in the naïve views that they have on the world, and will always follow the ideals that they were born with. The same ideas that give them a beautiful, pure, and peaceful mind set, that has not yet been tainted by the atrocities of mankind. We must do all we can in order to protect the loved ones and the children of our society so that they do not grow up repeating our own terrible mistakes. “I kept thinking about Jane, and about Stradlater having a date with her and all.
