The intelligent design supporters shown include Richard Weikart, who claims that Darwinism influenced the Nazis. The film also associates Hitler's ambitions of a master race and the holocaust to Darwinian ideas of survival of the fittest through stock footage film clips of filmed images of Nazi concentration camp laboratories as well as statements of the director of the Hadamar Memorial, where 15,000 people with disabilities were killed during WWII. The film argues that the conventional science establishment suppresses academics who believe they see evidence of intelligent design in nature and who criticize evidence supporting Darwinian evolution and the modern evolutionary synthesis as a mainstream conspiracy to keep God out of science laboratories and classrooms. The film portrays intelligent design as motivated by science, rather than religion, Expelled examines it as a political issue. Religulous is a 2008 American comic documentary film written by and starring comedian Bill Maher.
Through this journal, the analysis of “Ancient Aliens: Noah’s Ark Found? Conspiracy” I will assess the validity of Ronald Eldon Wyatt’s claims on his exploration of the resting place of Noah’s Ark. The tale of Noah’s Ark speaks of an angry god trying to destroy the world with an enormous flood and he tells only Noah of this plan and allows him to prepare himself by building a massive ark. This Ark allows him to survive a global flood and also save a pair of animals (male and female) of each species to re-populate the world. The documentary from 1990 starts with explorer Ronald E Wyatt and his exploration of what he felt was the landing site of Noah’s Ark on the Tendurek mountains in Turkey.
The film, Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief explores many ideas and tales which originate form Greek Mythology. The director, Chris Columbus has though, changed details of the original myths to express cinematographic effects to the intended audience (as the film is rated M). Very briefly, Zeus accuses the son of Poseidon of stealing his distinct thunder bolt and gives Poseidon 10 days to return the thunderbolt. Percy Jackson realizes that he is the son of Poseidon; a demi-god and peruses several adventures to find and return the thunderbolt to Zeus and save his mother from Hades. Percy’s adventures are influenced from several tales of Greek Mythology; Heracles, Percus, Dionysus and Odysseus, just to name a few.
But before I begin, I would like to establish the story to begin my argument. At the beginning of the Red Pyramid Carter, Julius, and Sadie meet each other for the first time in a year. Julius decides he wants to take Carter and Sadie to the British Museum to "study" the Rosetta Stone and to “make things right”, but turns out his plan was to release Osiris, the god of the Underworld. Unfortunately, his plan was a bust and to make matters worse he released the other four major gods of the Demon days. Set, the god of Chaos and Destruction, would trap Julius inside a golden sarcophagus, which would be used to power his Pyramid
They used secret messengers to relay information between other hiding places. Numerous times the Nazis invaded their house looking for Jews that could be hidden there. One day a man came and asked for money, Betsy opened the door. Instead of the man coming back for his money, he had notified the Nazis and this is how they were captured. To avoid discovery, the Ten Booms carefully and cleverly developed an alarm system.
These are the complex question Kurt Vonnegut addresses in his novel Slaughterhouse 5. This intricate novel explores the human purpose on earth through a story told about a Prisoner of war. This novel’s discourse of purpose is reflected in many different ways and Vonnegut attempts to prove that our lives have no direction or meaning and we are just puppets being played by a greater force. The main character, Billy Pilgrim is a chaplain’s assistant that gets captured in the Battle of the Bulge in World War II. Billy is taken with the other P.O.W’s to an abandoned slaughterhouse in Dresden.

Indian Jones after the incident finds himself again against his enemy Belloq and a band of Nazis along side Belloq stealing the Lost Ark with a girl named Marion with him. Harrison Ford is an outstanding actor in this movie along with Paul Freeman. Karen Allen I feel did not make it up to the standards and was very dramatic and maybe just a little to dramatic at times.

History also shows us the cause of certain issues that we have today. In order to fully understand certain things we have to go back into the past to see where it first started. In order to fully understand the present we need to understand the past also. With that being said if we can learn from the past we can avoid making the same mistakes over and over again. History is “a chronological record of significant events (as affecting a nation or institution) often including an explanation of their causes; events that form the subject matter of a history or events of the past” (Mirriam-Webster, 2014).
