The pursuit of happiness

I believe that in pursuit of our deepest desires, we learn many things and face many bumps on the road to attaining that desire. The road could be a long and difficult one but reaching the end of that road is utterly worth it. Sometimes, however, some of the things that we desire are unattainable, thus trying to achieve them is an adventure regardless if we reach it or not. Nevertheless, we find happiness in both the struggle to achieve our desires and actually attaining them, but nothing is more satisfying then accomplishing them and setting new, greater ones. Along the road to attaining our dreams we learn many new things from what we use to help us reach them. The road can be hard but we learn from the mistakes we make along the way, and we know that if we fail we must keep trying because if we give up we’ll never find happiness. What would a person do if they had no desires in life? They would probably spend their life in sadness and regret. Life is all about being what we want to be, being who we want to be, and if we don’t know what we want or who we want to be then life would be nothing but a dull story with an un happy ending. When we attain those deep desires that we covet, it is the greatest satisfaction we could ever conceive. When we try our best and spend so much time to achieve our desires we certainly expect to attain it eventually, and when we finally acquire the desire we feel an amazing sense of satisfaction because we realize how much time and effort we actually spent throughout the process of attaining it. We feel victorious to have overcome the hardships we faced along the road to reaching our desires. There’s no greater feeling then to have earned something that we have so vigorously worked for. I believe happiness can only be found when we desire something. We can only reach that hap-piness if we chase those desires. Even though we may
