I must continually improve my knowledge so I have the skills to pass on to our social care workers and other staff members. I need to know what I am aiming for and what I need to do to meet my objectives. I need to be a positive role model to all staff members. Working in the Health and Social Care industry I think the most important thing is the service users and our health and social care workers and their happiness.
My knowledge and experiences that I have gained from various sociology, health, and cultural courses will greatly benefit me in the nursing field and in taking the greatest care for my patients. I truly believe that I will be someone who they can count on to focus on what is best for them and make the best decisions to improve their well-being.
