In my experience, I believe that being able to change a tire on your own is one of the most useful skills to learn. Before I was able to get my license, I was required to take a Drivers Education class. In the class, is where I first learned how to change a tire. I had no idea that this information would be as useful to me as it has been. In this paper, I will provide specific details on how to change a tire.
I tend to over think things in my life. For, instance, I thought getting a Driver’s License would be easy, a matter of precision and technical skills honed into that final, coveted plastic card to put in my wallet as proof I could achieve this milestone with little difficulty. What I found, however, was it took perseverance and a bit of creativity to reach my goal. Going to DPS for my first driving test, I was confident in my skills. My daily practice driving over the past six months had prepared me for any road shenanigans that the DPS instructor could throw my way.
And this will be the starting Point of each trial. Before you start your lab, Practice releasing the boxcar. Make sure the cart doesn’t fall backwards off the plank. So make sure that you are releasing the cart the same ways you released it the first time, is really IMPORTANT! Then use the Meter stick to measure the center distance of the back wheels to the front wheels.
Something that I found very interesting with this video is that it seems to me that it is yet another example of a “crime scene investigation” style show and that is something that can cause a proble later. As we talked about the worry with these types of shows is that they can case the CSI effect on potential jourors. This style show in particular is one that I would worry about since it is showing the investigation of a real case unlike those that are seen on “CSI” or “NCIS” those are based on fake stories and people are less likely to see that as the way that things are done. Forensic science and its developments help the detectives find the crime scene, test and gather testimonial and physical evidence, and reenact the crime scene to help interrogation. Long after the crime scene is gone, investigators can virtually return to the scene of the crime to test out theories and compare evidence results to an investigation that leads to a confession.
I do this for months and then take all my evidence to the state police and the state attorney’s office. Once the corruptness is out in the open I will not be very well liked by my fellow officers or the administration especially because I am new. It will be viewed as I am a troublemaker and lead to my partner and others not trusting me. The community may not appreciate what I did by reporting them
Pursuing a career in auto body technician and auto mechanic will be both challenging and rewarding. I will have to complete schooling for both which will make it very challenging. It will be rewarding to me because I will be doing what I love. Auto body is a career where you learn how to do body work and paint a customers car when it is wrecked, or just needs repainted, or restored. Auto Mechanics is a career where I will learn how to fix and repair a customers car if it has any kind of mechanical problem such as engine failure, breaks, mufflers, oil changes, etc.. You have to attend schooling and receive a certification or associates degree in both fields.
Investigative notes are a permanent written record of the facts of a case to be used in further investigation, in writing reports and in prosecuting the case (Hess, 2010). Taking notes is no stranger to police officers at a crime scene; many officers find this strategy to be very helpful determining the guilt or innocence of an individual. Gathering notes from witnesses as soon as possible after receiving a call to respond and continue recording information as it is received throughout the investigation, “witnesses are important sources of information regarding crimes committed in their community” (Hess, 2010). Note taking is supposed to benefit the investigation, but how information is obtained—whether the officers establish good rapport or not—can greatly influence investigative success. When taking notes officers must learn to keep it short and abbreviated, and at the same time understandable for not only you to read, but if you become ill, injured or deceased, others must be able to read and understand your notes.
An example of replication is law enforcement replicating a crime to see how the crime was committed. Verification is confirming or validating something. A lie detector test verifies whether someone is telling the truth or not. Theory is in criminal justice represents an attempt to develop plausible explanations of reality, which in this case are crime and the criminal justice system. In addition to one of the most intriguing aspects is the Hypothesis of the Criminal Justice system when referring to a crime being committed.
“We need to unleash the full power of body cameras. (17 solutions to)”. If body cams were to be more widely used, more officers could be convicted of their crimes. Body cams could also be used as a deterrent to commit violence because the offers would know they would be found guilty. If the officer was filmed doing the crime, they would be more easily convicted and released from
This could be avoided if more caution was observed during the investigation process. Proper and accurate evidence should be the key to solving all investigations. An important piece of evidence is an eyewitness. Anyone can say he did it or she did it, but an eyewitness has to actually be at the scene of the crime and witness it taking place in order to stand and testify in a court of law as defined in The Oxford Dictionary.(“eyewitness”). Everyone has different features even if we are of the same race.
