You may do this by posting a schedule in everyone’s view so they know when you are available, and for this to work your family must be able to trust you. If you say you are available then mean it. Building a routine that you can stick to and can be adjusted if needed is important, as well as communicating with others about your schedule. Tell friends, family and co-workers when and where you will be so everyone is always as one.
