But with reports coming out daily with new information on how tanning lotion is not needed while tanning or that we should have spray tans instead of exposing ourselves to UV rays; many peoplee don’t know where to turn. It’s possible to tan without harming yourself: because tanning is safe; you just need to know how to protect yourself. Today many people are worried about getting too much sun or the UV rays from a tanning bed, and have turned to self-tanning. So many have turned to this that it’s starting to become a problem. They are not getting enough sun to make the vitamin D their bodies needs to function; I agree that they need to protect themselves but they don’t need to stay out of the sun for good. To start off in your seek for safety, ask the tanning salon what kind of tanning beds they provide and what kind of rays they give off.
