A: People communicate to express a variety of emotion, need, maintain human relationships, ideas, gaining and spreading information one has already acquired onto a another person. 1.2 Explain how communication affects relationships in the work setting A: Communication may it be verbal, body language or facial expressions is an vital building block for Human relationships, so the way we communicate with one and another can change mood, feeling, motivation making it one of the most important factors to working with another person. 2.2 Describe the factors to consider when promoting effective communication A: When communicating with someone you need to take into consideration on what level the person wants to communicate on, by sensing the situation out with eye contact, body language, tone of voice.
