Having a clear vision, understanding and writing concrete goals are the keys to having a professional development because they are motivating factors in achieving success. Technology Modern technology is a great asset to have in today’s medical field. Being able to access client’s information on a lab top provides a more accurate and convenient way of storing client’s personal information. The likelihood of client’s information getting lost or stolen is pretty slim with innovative security codes that only let counselors, doctors, and other important personnel have access to them.
