Nataria Clark How To Make A Millionaire Pie It’s fairly easy to make a delicious pie without the hassle of baking. First, you will need to have a graham cracker crust pie shell. Make sure there are no cracks in your pie shell or your filling will leak between the cracks and set unevenly. Any kind of graham cracker crust will do. You can even use a chocolate graham cracker crust to add your own unique touch. Next, you will need one fourth cup of real lemon juice, one can of crushed pineapples (drained), one cup of pecans or any nut of your choice, (you may toast them if desired), one package of cream cheese (softened), eight ounces of Cool Whip, and one fourth cup of sugar for extra sweetness. It is important to drain the pineapples so that the pie mixture does not become thin. You may also substitute the pineapples with another fruit of you liking or simply add fruit to your mixture. The actual making of the pie is fairly simple,. You will need a large mixing bowl in which you will combine all the ingredients. You may use a blender or large mixing spoon or spatula. Ensure the blender is set to the “whip” setting. Do not use any other setting to avoid over mixing which will cause the mixture to thin and not set properly. Finally, pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly. You may sprinkle extra pecans or fruit on top if desired. Set the pie in the refrigerator to chill for about one to two hours. Once chilled, your millionaire pie is ready to eat. The best thing about this recipe is that it is quick and easy to make and there is no baking required. Do not be afraid to experiment and make your own version as unique as you are. Enjoy!
