I had an answer, but I struggled terribly with putting it down on paper because I wanted this interview to “be perfect”. I was too worried about what I looked like or sounded like, so ultimately I had lost “my voice.” I went to my dad for more help. I had wasted a whole hour stressing over how to answer a few questions about myself. My dad told me something very important that day, he said, “The best way to impress someone is to be you”. After meditating on what he said to me I had at least something to put down.
Lastly, his last dilemma is he has a hard time deciding wether or not he is going to help Daisy when she finds out about Tom. Those are only a few of the dilemmas that Nick faced. I came up with a self improvement plan though to help Nick out with his every day struggles that he faces in his new town. I think that Nick has been over-stressing himself. What Nick needs to realize though is that all of the peer pressure that is going on should not bother him, he shouldn't let it ruin his focus on his work.
Time isn’t just money, its life. This is the premise to Harlan Ellison’s classic short story, “Repent Harlequin, said the Ticktockman.” In the story a dystopian future is run on a strict schedule by a mysterious authority called the Ticktockman. In this future, being late isn’t merely impolite, it’s a crime, with the punishment being an equivalent amount of time being revoked from that person’s life until they are “turned off.” One man though stands against the status quo. Gregror did everything for everyone, but nothing for himself. He didn’t enjoy life because he was too busy working at a job that he hated in order to pay off his parents debts and to take care of the household; while they did nothing to help or to show him any appreciation. This story also show how one can give their all and when they are in need of help those that he or she helped along the way will turn their backs with no regard to you. While I was reading, “Metamorphosis”, it made me view life in a different way, and made me come to a decision of taking time out for myself in order to enjoy every essence of being me, and not neglect myself.

Although these are just three characteristics that explain why Ender is such a great leader, there are many more reasons listed in the
I will spend a set amount of time on each class certain days. On the days I do not schedule for classes, if I have free time, I can catch up on any assignment I need to. The way I am juggling school and family responsibilities will be to set aside time for school in the morning while my children are at school and my husband is at work. By doing so, I will have plenty of time for my family responsibilities in the afternoon and at night. When I get a job I will change my school time to after the kids have gone to bed, so it doesn’t interfere with my family time.
