Different people from other backgrounds may use verbal communication to express what they think, however they could also use non-verbal communication to put their point across. Parent/carer of a client may have other preferences for their relative to other parents/carers. This means the carer will have to respect these. Communication can be used in many ways by using different methods. clients from different backgrounds can communicate by doing what they like best.
The demise of family relationships is a common theme among Louise Erdrich’s The Red Convertible and Jhumpa Lahiri’s A Temporary Matter. In both stories, relationships begin as strong and promising. Over time, however, they become inflicted by unfortunate life circumstances that lead to their termination. Erdrich and Lahiri use the environment of the characters and the possessions they are most passionate towards to represent the separation between family members in different ways. In The Red Convertible, Erdrich varies the geographic setting to reflect the relationship changes among the characters.
Most families will suffer stresses from time to time e.g. a family member becoming ill or losing their job, some of these issues are temporary but others are more permanent such as living with a long-term illness/disability. In some cases a family unit and can be broken by a separation of parents or a lone parent entering into a new relationship, these stresses can have a definite effect on a child’s development. * Personal choices - this has more merit in older children as they have more independence in making decisions in everyday life such as not to smoke, drink and have sex. The wrong decision can have a detrimental effect on development e.g.
Hope talked about the resentment that accumulated in the relationship over time. She also discusses the effect and changes in her life when they had children and the way there marriage was effected by this. She also explains how the relationship worked out and how they both overcame obstacles that were in their way and how co-parenting worked from her point of view. The issues she discussed about co-parenting and her marriage were about lack of time spent together, each having “equal division of labor” and entering a marriage with a false belief of it being perfect. She also brings up throughout the writing how she and her friends discussed entering a relationship or marriage with belief of co-parenting was attainable.
Humans beings go through a lot of troubles and obstacles every day of there life, some people go through more troubles than other people , the only thing that gives people a boost is the thought of coming home and spending time with there families. Sometimes people are to absorbed into there own world and they start to neglect the people they love and when people get neglected they start to change. In “ The Rocking Horse Winner” and “ The Jewels” it is shown how neglect can effect not only the one being neglected but the one who is doing the neglecting. In both stories the source of negligence was spousal dispute and because of this it lead to them being oblivious to their loved ones activities which eventually lead to their deaths. In
Emotions are the binding force that keep the world operating by connecting us with relationships and shaping what we want form life. Our emotions are shape every day of our lives in most of the stories we read had a common dominator. Each story we read the main character is moved by their emotions or their desires. Though in some of these stories we see that sometimes letting emotion rule your life can make you do a lot of dumb things. Whither it is love or hate letting pure emotion rule over you can cause serious problems.

However, in some cases, there can be instances when the immigrant leaving the country and family is a bad thing for the family being left behind. For the most part, immigrants who come to the US work hard and get the education and money they came for. As a result, immigrants can send remittances back to their home country to support and help their family. They can also travel back to their home country and even share the knowledge they learned in The United States to create their own business, start their own company, or work for companies already in the country with greater knowledge and experience in that particular field. The same case where an immigrant leaves their country for good intentions can have bad effect on their family back home.
Help can be a step very difficult to give, but it is the first step to have a quieter family life. The Child abuse is surely among the most serious and complex problems sonorants modern society. The quality of life of many children is deeply damaged by the abuse they experience in the home environment, the consequences of which can seriously affect the physical and psychosocial development of the child. The emotional damage as a result of child abuse can also last for the rest of life, severely limiting the ability of adults to the personal and social adjustment. Child abuse is one of the most serious social problems and dramatic damage to our society.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder We live in a world raged with war, hatred, rapes, loss, love, trust and peace to name a few. With continued threat of nuclear war, murder to include mass killings of innocent people (children), and increased mental illnesses life can be difficult for people to find their balance especially after suffering a traumatic event. The past has taught many to hide the negative and show the positive. The old fake it until you make it concept. The past has taught that it was almost shameful to show weaknesses and difficulties in a person’s life, especially when the persons issues may reflective negatively on the family.
