Introduction There are numbers of factors that affect family and relationships, both within the family and outside the family. Now days due to things going on in the world, people easily get upset and get stressed out. In the story of Lori and Mark, we can see how things were moving on well and how they were enjoying life to the fullest until the sudden change in their lives. The personalities and individual issues of people in the family certainly affect family life and relationships. For example if one member has a temper, arguments might be more common, leading to strained family relationships. Other factors can affect relationships in both positive and negative ways, such as when couples separate, divorce, or remarry. In the case of Mark and Lori, Mark had never married, but Lori came into the relationship with a girl from previous relationship. Some the elements of this case study is the problems or challenges they were going, through, the financial, situation in the house, changes in lifestyle, Stress on the part of Lori especially lack of communication and others and how to overcome these challenges. Finance When mark and Lori met at the work related conference, they were both working as fulltime workers, hence things were okay financially. As the saying goes children bring dissatisfaction in marriage or relationship, things have to change. Changes in employment status, for example, can have a big impact; it can also affect where people live, where children go to school, or the type of home that a family lives in. Now Lori has to stop working for some time in taking care of their new child, after some years she went back to work as part time, therefore a reduction of family income. Social pressures from the neighborhood may change the dynamic as well. Even smaller things, such as activities that the family enjoys doing together, can be changed based on
