Daughter and mother relationships are something so valuable and should be treasured in my opinion. Many young girls admire their mothers, as they are their very first friend. They are each other's confidantes and pals. A mothers duty is to protect their young, and giving birth to a baby girl is a miracle, but then raising a daughter is a whole different miracle.

It is such a wonderful gift, for God to entrust you with the care of one of his most precious children. So many things go through a new mothers thoughts, so many worries, and joy's all at once. In addition, I would choose to have an epidural during delivery. Some people view the pain during childbirth, as a part of “the bonding experience”. I view the pain as “unnecessary.” If you are a woman would you want your partner present? I would definitely want my partner present during child birth. A partner’s role during the child birthing process is very important, to ensure the woman feels emotionally supported.
According to (Jacob & Cherry, 2011) the noise level should be low due to the increased stimulation. The premature babies I care for are supposed to be inside their mother’s womb for some time still they are shielded from loud noises. By providing, a quiet environment we are trying to replicated that experience for them. In addition, according to the Nightingale’s theory the cleanliness of the unit is very important as well as proper hand hygiene. (Jacob & Cherry, 2011) Neonates do not have the immune system of other patients so it is very important to maintain an environment free from as many germs as possible.
