Power of Endurance Endurance is the ability to strive and remain active for a long period of time. It can be physical, mental, or both, depending on the person. In order to have endurance one must be physically fit. For instance, when I go on bike rides, sometimes towards the end of my rides I mentally feel fatigued, but physically my legs still have power to pedal me home. This doesn’t just happen to me, it happens to the guys that ride professionally. They just keep level-headed and push to the feeling of exhaustion. Having somebody as a partner to push you really helps to increase ones strength and endurance. For example, my older brother is much stronger than me at cycling.
