He was known by many as “The Scourge of God” by the way he sadistically instilled terror in the cities he attacked. Attila was born in approximately 406 BCE to the ruling Hun family. His father Mundzuk was the brother of the ruler of the Hun tribe Rua. At twelve, Attila was sent as a child hostage to the Roman court of Honorius.

Graeco-Persian was a mix of Greeks and Persians, to make this plan a reality he took lots of Persians into his army, held a great feast were every one was invited, created “ the marriage of East and West,” were thousands of Macedonian troops formally married Asian women, and Alexander married the daughter of Darius. (196) Alexander had a Ferocious temper and had many drunken argument, in fact of one of his fights he killed Cleitus a close friend of his who ounce saved his life.
The downward spiral began with the degeneration of the army that weaken the defenses and made them more vulnerable to Germanic invasions. These invasions led to economic disruptions which combined with other deteriorating conditions led the Roman’s to look increasingly to mystery cults and reject the rational thought of the Greeks. The presentation points out that as economic disruptions continued to deteriorate Rome’s fate was sealed. The date that is assigned to the final demise of the Roman Empire is A.D. 476 when a Germanic emperor was placed on the throne. The presentation reminds us that only the western part of the empire fell.

The first centuries of Roman history where ruled by a succession of seven kings .The Gauls destroy all of the history document when thy sacked the city after the Battle of Allia ,so no contemporary records of the kingdom exist therefore all the accounts of the kings must be questioned .This leads us to the story “The Rape of Lucretia “. The story is about a noble woman who was rape ,hence the title of the story ,Tarquinius the proud and how his son Sextus rapes her , she was so broken hearted that she killed herself .Her husband makes as vow “I swear with sword , fire and whatever will lend my arm strength , I will purse Tarquinius the proud , his wicked wife ,and his children , an no one will ever be
