Plastic Bags, everyone thinks there a great thing to use to your grocery’s in, garbage in, and carry stuff in, but has anybody thought what type of impact they have on the environment? Well I didn't think anybody did, there is lots of good plastic bags can do but there also lots of bad too, like pollution, decrease of wildlife, dirty environment, and lots more. So don’t you think plastic bags shouldn't be band! Plastic bags are everywhere. They sit balled up and get stuffed into car trunks. They lay in bathroom trash bins; they carry cloths to the gym. They clutter landfills, they flap from trees, they float in the breeze, clog road side drains, they drift the high seas, and they fill sea turtles bellies. Plastic bags can be used for so much goods but the way our world uses them just leads to pollution and global warming and if this keep happening the worlds going to turn into a big junkyard because there’s pollution everywhere and plastic bags do to half of the pollution like marine pollution and air pollution (plastic bags are made in factories). Thousands of whales, birds, seals, dolphins, penguins, and turtles are killed every year from littered in the marine environment, As the animals think the plastic bags for food. Plastic bags, once eaten, it can’t be digested or passed by an animal so it stays in the gut. Plastic in an animal’s gut can’t prevent food digestion and can lead to a very slow and pain full death. Plastic bags can take up 1000 years to break down, once an animal’s dies after eating the plastic bag, the plastic goes back into the marine environment to carry on killing other wildlife. Anybody could live without plastic bags and the proof to that is that many countries like Ireland, Bangladesh, Italy, South America, Taiwan, and Australia have banded plastic bags.
