Prediction I predicted that the ranking of the strongest bag will be; • Reinforced Black Bag • Black Bag • White Bag • Orange Bag Equipment: • Weights • Weight Holder • Clamp • String • 4 Types Of Bags Method We cut out 2 pieces of each type of bag. Then we hole punched both sides so the it can be holded on the clamp and co the weights can hang off it. The we added weight to the weight holder until it ripped. Dependant Variable The dependant variable is the length of the bags after the weights have been added. Independent Variable The Independent Variable is the type of bags. Controlled Variable The 2 controlled variables were; • The amount of weights added each time • The length of each bag My Results My Results show that the black reinforced bag was the strongest followed by the black bag then the white bag and then the orange bag. Conclusion The strongest bag was the black reinforced bag I know this because it handled the most waights. The weakest bag was the orange bag I know this because it handled the least weight. Evaluation This experiment was easy this is because I did not have to calculate anything because we used a calculator, and I did not find this experiment hard. I can improve my experiment by: • Making the distance from the hole in the bag to the edge the same length for every bag. • I could have cut it better and make it more
