1. Select an important event that you would celebrate in the future and explain how you would like to experience the event. Your choice can include any of the following: Your marriage, birth of your child, your graduation, parent's retirement, or some other notable occurance. Party Time Whenever you want to celebrate a birthday or just throw a party you must go through a process. Birthdays are good for you, the more a person has, the longer they live. In order to plan a successful party, you have to have good organization, good location, and a sufficient budget. The day of the party is a special day for both children and adults. Planning a party can become stressful, but following these three steps can make planning a party easy and successful. The first thing you need is good organization. Make a list of all your friends, family, and close co-workers that you want to celebrate with. You may want to fill out invitation cards and get them in the mail at least two weeks before your event. You need to give your guests enough time to R.S.V.P, so you will know how many people will be attending the party. If you decide to have the party at your house, then you may want to invite your neighbors, and discuss parking situations. Without discussing parking and possible noise situations then the neighbors might complain.You should respect your neighbors. They can make or break any great party at your home. After you know how many people will be attending the party, then you should make up a list of food,alcohol beverages, soft drinks, and party supplies such as paper plates, plastic forks, cups, napkins, decorations, games and possibly enterainment such as a band. Speaking of food, pizza is an easy and convenient food and mostly everyone likes it. If you have a nice amount of people attending the party, then maybe ordering a cater might be a good idea.
