Hello every body As you all know people can be afraid of a lot of things like speeches, clowns, spider, cats, and this fear called phobia. There are many types of phobia such as Glossophobia , Testophobia,Technohobia, Homophobia, and more . But I am going to take about one which is Agoraphobia. Agoraphobia means a type of anxiety disorder in which you avoid situations that you're afraid might cause you to panic. A person who has Agoraphobia try to avoid being alone, leaving his home, entering shops, crowds, and public places, travelling in trains, buses, or planes or any situation where you could feel trapped, embarrassed or helpless if you panic. People with agoraphobia often have a hard time feeling safe in any public place, especially where crowds gather. The fears can be so overwhelming that you may be essentially trapped in your own home. The statistic of Agoraphobia shows that 1 in every 84 has agoraphobia in America. The statistic of Agoraphobia in Canda shows that 0.7% of the population has agoraphobia. My friend who decided to spend the summer break in his house and he didn’t go with his family to Dubai, when he went to sleep. He heard some noisy coming from the kitchen he thought was a thief. When he went to the kitchen, he figured the noisy has coming from a leak under the kitchen sink. My friend and I went last summer to camping. We organized our tent and my friends went to the supermarket to buy some stuff. While I was staying inside the tent. I saw a hydrophobic dog coming to get in the tent, I started yelling loudly, and it was a bad day. How to treat this phobia is Focus and Challenge your fear. It's important for you to focus on something non-threatening and visible. Try to work out what it is your fear and challenge
