On March 29 of 2030, Mitch wakes up and prepares himself for another day of work. After getting out of the shower, he prepares himself a cup of coffee and turns on the news. When the weather comes on, the meteorologist predicts the temperature will be a steamy 101°F, and he warns of a heat advisory for the area. One lives on an unbearably hot planet, while the other lives on a planet with the perfect temperature. Mitch’s planet—warmed by 〖CO〗_2 and other forms of pollution— is insufferable to be outside even for a minute. On the other end of the spectrum, Michelle lives on a planet where 〖CO〗_2 emissions were never an issue, and being outside is pleasurable for people. Currently, there is a lot of debate over the topic of climate change, and many people have different viewpoints on it.
