Personal Strengths and Weaknesses are what I believe to be a life learning experience. I have certain personal strengths and weaknesses. Knowing what I am good at and what I am weak in can help me to become better person. Recognizing weaknesses along with having the desire to improve on them is a skill that I have. For me, recognizing my personal strengths and weaknesses are key in being a successful person. If I realize I have a weakness in a certain area of my life, I will work to improve myself in that area. I consider this personal characteristic of mine to be a strength. I also use my personal strengths to improve myself in the areas where I am weak. My greatest personal strength that permeates into other areas of my life is persistence; persistent to be good at anything that I do. I set high standards for myself. I believe in doing things well in order to be successful with what I do and with the commitments I make. A personal-strength of mine at home is I am a dedicated father to my dogs, which since I do not have children; they take the role on of me being a good father. Secondly, I am a dedicated husband. My wife and I have been together for almost one year. We both came from parents that were divorced. We have made a commitment to each other to make our marriage a success. We have been together almost one year now and our commitment to each other is stronger then ever. Personal strengths I have that contribute in my professional career are pride in my work, goal orientated, and effective leadership abilities. These strengths have allowed me to advance in my professional career without a degree. The work that I produce is a reflection of who I am. I set high standards for my work, and myself.
