I consider myself a leader, because when you are in this position you have to be trustworthy, responsible and honest, qualities that people know I posses. Leaders make good decisions and have strong personalities; and they always fight for what they believe. Perseverance is my best outstanding quality. I always want to achieve my goals no matter how difficult, how many obstacles I have in front or how rough the way is, I know that I won't lose anything trying and the one who tries with confidence, determination and all its heart will achieve everything.
Being someone who is already ambitious about becoming a better person I took this assignment very seriously to see if the foundation that I have been building off from was a sturdy one. Constructive feedback is a way to increase self-awareness, offers options and encourages the learners development, this is a very important part of the teachers role and must be given with tact and encouragement to progress the learner. Constructive feedback does not mean giving positive feedback only. Negative feedback, if given skilfully, can be very important and useful. Destructive feedback is negative feedback which is given in an unskilled way. It can leave the participant feeling bad with seemingly no way forward.
Doing things this way keeps me responsible for my known self. If I do not learn something, it can only be my own fault. Taking that responsibility to do things on my own makes me a stronger person. I tend to think things through to a point where I can become exhausted with things. Getting the right meaning or answer to things is a value I hold close.
