The success of a motivated team is dependent on how well individual team members are motivated and the blending of their personalities. The application of each team members DISC assessment provides management with reliable data that is necessary for creating, developing, and motivating a team. The DISC assessment evaluation of each member of Team B provides a structured platform to develop a motivational plan that will meet the demands necessary to manage different personality styles in the work environment. The motivation plan is specifically designed for the Employment Verification Division (EVD).
This essay will discuss three different theories of motivation and how they can be used to influence people within Sport and Fitness environments. Looking at the application of these theories and how motivation is affected will help achieve better performance in that environment. Getting the best out of people in Sport and Fitness environments is paramount to achieving optimal performance. Therefore, having a sound knowledge of motivation will help to develop individual and team performance. This personality trait would affect sporting performance if the performer was performing in a team game, the lack of confidence may put them off their game or they may not even get involved. Extroverts on the other hand tend to be confident and are most often found within team games, this trait can also lead to hot headedness and therefore deteriorate their performance in sport as they are no longer concentrated on the task at hand. This can also be said when they have to partake in a sport that involves small muscle movements (as extroverts tend to sway towards the use of large muscle movements) if they’re unable to perform the task at hand they may become aggressive and thus their performance will decrease. One further trait Eysenck indentified was a stable performer; a stable performer tends to be more laid back and has an even temper. In a performance situation this could lead to either laziness or complacency, with their mind wandering off task.

Finally, some people can gain wealth to inheritance and trust funds, and they have opportunity to build up their wealth through investing, unlike those who start off with nothing. There are two major social disadvantages of inequality. First one being that there is a class division which causes tension between people with different jobs and regions. This can lead to disputes between people, which will in turn bring about an instable society which can lead to an economic disruption.
