Change They say when people get out of jail they view the world different. My best friend just got out and he was strangely the same with slight changes. I remember how he was in high school but I don't know how to act around him anymore. He's more laid back, watchful and full of thoughts. Before he was energetic and didn't pay attention to anything that had nothing to do with him. Michael seems more mature, aware and mellow since his release. Growing up Michael and I were really close like brothers. We were two of the same kind, at least that's what we were constantly told in school. When I first saw mike after being locked down I was excited to see him for the first time in a long time. I wondered what goofy shenanigans he was going to perform. Meeting up with him he had a lot of stories to tell about his experience. I noticed that he didn't ever get too excited and didn't seem like he was very energetic at all. I've known mike my whole life and he never told a story without over doing it. I noticed that mike was not as loud as he use to, he seemed as if he's aged 10 years since he's been gone. He looked as if he were investigating a crime scene. He looked as if he were looking for nothing physical but something that was unseen. Hard to explain but it wasn't the same mike that loved the smell of new shoes on a shelf ready to get the newest jays out. Now it seems as if he would be cool with the clearance rack.
