Globalization is the process of international integration arising from the interchange of world views, products, ideas, and other aspects of culture. Globalization describes the interplay across cultures of macro-social forces. These forces include religion, politics, and economics. Globalization can erode and universalize the characteristics of a local group. Advances in transportation and telecommunications infrastructure, including the rise of the Internet, are major factors in globalization, generating further interdependence of economic and cultural activities. Keywords: globalization, integration, interchange, interplay, macro-social forces, interdependence In the age of globalization it is almost impossible for any of us to imagine a single day without experiencing the contact of globalization. A person like me, though living in a least developed country like Bangladesh (BD), absorbing the Globalization in many aspect of daily life. In every morning, I wake up and brush my teeth with toothpaste, made by a global company Unilever, manufactured in BD. I shave my beard with a shaving gel and razor which made by Proctor and Gamble (P&G), an American Originated global company in its Indian plant. Other toiletries I use e.g. Lux (soap); Wheel, Surf Excel (washing powder); Head & Shoulder (shampoo) manufactured either in India or in Bangladesh by large multinational companies. Then I have to I turn on my kitchen stove which runs on gas which is obtained and processed from natural resources reserve of BD, by foreign giant companies like US origin Chevron. After I have my breakfast, to reach different destinations I depend on city bus services provided by BRTC, a government transport service who provides bus service in different routes of the city by buses imported from manufacturing countries like India and China.
