1.0 Introduction 2.1 General Statement 2.2.1 Background The Human resource manager of a Virgin Multi National company is considering appointing two individuals Krishanthini and Shakir, to the post of marketing manager and advertising and promotion manager correspondingly. Both of these individuals will have to work under the marketing department of Virgin Multi National Company. The individuals selected for this post should have a better companion and work in an effective and efficient manner. As a marketing manager Krishanthini is in charge and responsible for relationship management of customers, development of the marketing plan and strategy, organizing campaigns, research and report on external opportunities, product launching and delegating tasks to marketing executives. as a position of advertising and promotion manager, Shakir will be in charge for prepare budget and submit estimates for program costs, Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material in order to increase the sales of product or service, assist with annual budget development, coordinating department activities and negotiations with advertising and sales contracts. 2.2.2 Purpose The main purpose of this report clearly indicates how effectively different personalities affect each staff member when working together as a team. Basically, to decide whether Krishanthini and Shakir will work in an effective manner as a team based on their personality tests. 2.2 Thesis Statement Krishanthini and Shakir have completed six personality indicators. The results on each test completion clearly states whether they will be sufficient in the work place.
