Person I Admire: Henry Ford When I look at myself in the sense of where I’m now or what Is my current status in life now, I could tell that pretty much I’m heading the right direction. I decided to enroll at UCC to finish a nursing course and give myself a self-recognition. I enrolled at UCC for LPN course this year and plan to continue it to become a Registered Nurse with self motivation. Even If I knew that I will encounter a lot of problems and difficulties to pursue my goal I’d still want to prove something not only to myself but to my friends and family as well that an ordinary man like me can handle a dream such as this. I knew it would be difficult for a family man like me where my time will be divided into three which are family, work, and study. I believed in order to attain this goal is to find a way where the problems are not present so I don’t have to deal with it, be determined, and be creative. I learned those skills after I read a biography of Henry Ford. Most people know that he was an inventor but the truth is he was innovator, a genius man in many ways because he knew how to make life easy without putting too much time in daily lives. Henry Ford was born on July 30, 1863,in Dearborn, MI. When he was a boy, Henry was very creative and like to worked with tools. He always wanted to make things easier to do in life. This would be most of his friends would knew him---“always wanted to make things easier to do in life, at home or at work.” Ford was so creative that in 1893, he built his first engine and three years later he completed what he called the Quadracycle. Without any college degree he managed to make his dream come true, his vision, and his ingenuity gave American people to have an easy and affordable life from his jobs that he created, affordable cars (Model T) that he produced.
