Music seems to also cheer me up. Listening to my favorite songs is an easy way to brighten up my day. In a tough situation, I would listen to music because it’s the most convenient way to relieve stress. I like the tennis strategy more, but it’s not always the best thing to get up and go outside. Listening to music can be done in any situation.
One effective method for me is playing music while writing essays for English. I have found that this type of music is a fantastic way to become inspired and it aids in intellectual development. As a musician I have always gone to music when I am lacking inspiration and it has never failed me. Whenever I have an essay to write for English, the first thing I do is start up my music. Writing is not a challenging task for me but it does demand a certain imaginative spark that I find in music.
Sonny is captivated by Charles Parker, Who is a famous Jazz musician. For Sonny his music has helped him stay free from drowning in his suffering. There have been studies that have shown that music with specific notes enhances activity in the frontal areas of the brain. This has been found to be a form of therapy for depression. If you open up your mind and absorb the melody, lyrics and rhythm of music.
Colbie Caillat On Aug. 21, 2012 I had went to Colbie Collibet and Gavin Degraw concert at the antelope valley fairgrounds. It was my first time seeing these two artists and they did not disappoint me at all. I love going to shows where the co-headliners or main interact with not only the audience but with each other's performance. Colbie’s voice was sweet and sensual that it makes me want my hubby to be at the show with me! Her songs make me want to fall in love and to be loved all at the same time.
This song is a very upbeat and happy song, reminding people to live life to the fullest and enjoy it while we’re young. Good life is a great song to listen to if you’re feeling down, depressed, or you’re just having a bad day. It gets you in a good mood, and reminds you to enjoy everything you have in your life. We’re all young, and when we’re 50 years old, we won’t be able to do half as much as the stuff we can do now. This song is reminding us to savor life and don’t waste any of it, which is why I personally like this song.
Written by Maurice Yvain and lyrics by Channing Pollack, the song is about her man, that doesn't seem to be the best guy around but he's hers to keep and she loves him so. I love the popular music of back then compared to now because it's all the same. It's all about love, and how unhappy we are but somehow we manage to find happiness through the fight of wanting to be happy. I feel Brice had a very easy time doing this song, not just because she was a fabulous performer but because she had some of her own 'Man' problems of her
I learned that these songs represented courtship, loss, and World War I. My favorite part of the event was having the opportunity to hear the songs and see the actual album covers. The singers were extremely talented and it was easier to understand the meaning of the songs by hearing the emotion in the singers'
What a song! As a big Stevie Wonder fan, I was excited to hear this piece as a closing. The ensemble plays the piece gracefully from beginning to the end. I really enjoyed myself at this sponsored event as the music, the ambiance; the liveliness was a great combination. Music being played live should always be appreciated because the future is going downhill as far as appreciating true and live music.
This concert performance was actually very fun and light as well as moving because of the variety of pieces played. The children’s pieces and the culturally recognizable pieces made the audience feel light and happy because of their fun. The more emotional and moving pieces were also very beautiful and memorable. The concert was different than I expected because I did not expect to hear children’s music or music that was easily recognizable to me, but I enjoyed it. I hope to be able to attend more concerts like it in the
Summer writing assignment There are a lot of great musicians that create inspiring positive music. One that sticks out the most to me is the song “I Know I can” by famous musician Nas. This song is just something I listen to when negative things are happening around me and I begin to doubt. It motivates me to think positive and brings my confidence up. In Ms. Taylor’s health class I learned that its not what you can do but what you believe you can do.
