The Case of R v Dudley & Stephens 1) Briefly state what happened in R v Dudley & Stephens In the case of R v Dudley & Stephens there was a sailboat that was struck by a wave due to the wave the boat was sinking and there was 3 people on the lifeboat that people had to get on. Steven, Stephens and Parker. The 3 then went on to an island where they were basically stranded and had nowhere to go. They spent 20 days on the Island before coming to a decision that they wanted to perform a cannibalism act on Richard Parker the 17 year old. After 4 days the two then saw a rescue which was coming to get them, which was by a German sailing barque Montezuma which returned the men to Falmouth, Cornwall.
As a child I visited Florida every holiday and a year later my mother decided to move to Florida. My first time visiting Florida was so memorable we would visit family members and eat at different restaurants. A favorite place for me when I visited Florida was the getting my hair braided at the shop and going to the race track. I remember when we visited the race track Mr. Gerald Alston a famous singer treated me and my cousin our favorite place we enjoyed riding the race cars, playing games at the arcades. It was wonderful all the children were steering at us while we attended the race track with Mr. Alston; their parents were amazed at the singer spending time at the race track with kids in public.

Then later they Cheviot Beach which is his favourite places where he loved to go swimming and snorkeling. So he decided to go for a swim. Cheviot Beach is known for its dangerous rip tides and strong currents they have. His friends told him not to go in but ignoring them, as he was a strong swimmer he still went in and after a while he could nowhere to be seen.
The story jumped a couple of years into to future where Harold was happily married to a girl named Margaret. On one of their many journeys, they travelled to the lake and the beach where Tally drowned. Suddenly the lifeguard arrived in his boat at the beach, where Harold stood admiring the lake. His heart skipped a beat when he came to think about his love back in the days. The lifeguard didn't look very well and he carried a bag, big enough for a ten year old to be carried in.
