Playing sports is important not just for body health reasons but also for your healthy intellects and emotions. Therefore participating in a team sports can develop a good character. You will learn what team is about; how it works, develops discipline, good exercise for your body and brain(intellects and emotions). Team is about unity within its team and with coach. No one can be selfish, if some one make mistakes with selfish mind, then you give a point away basically, and when that happens that one person brings the whole team atmosphere down. Getting rid of selfishness, you need unity within the team, setting one definite goal “To Win”. Everyone playing for each other, encourage each other if someone makes mistake, then this team could bring team’s attitude up. When you are having difficulty within yourself and within the team, you always can talk to coach. Coach is there to strengthen any kind of players that are on the team and if the team unites with coach, within the team its self, there will be a positive impact on that team. This is one of the way to developing a good character within yourself. There will be a time period when your team win and loose. However when your team wins, celebrate and share your joy and happiness with others. When you loose don’t be frustrated and blame your teammates, just by blaming your teammates you are bringing your team atmosphere down. Instead, search for the mistakes that you have made and try to fix your mistakes and devote your self in to the team, then everyone will see you as an role model, then eventually everyone will devote themselves in to the team. If this happens, you are developing your team’s and your discipline all together. Team sports or individual sports, if you play any types of sports that you enjoys, then it releases stress and keeps your mental health in a good shape. Just by making your self moving and
