Parking Lot issue at Manchester Community College

The Manchester Community College is having an issue the most of the communities’ college have which is the parking lot distribution. The way Manchester Community College have distributed the parking lot is having two sets for students and three sets for Faculty of parking lot named them: Parking Lot B, Parking Lot C and Faculty/Staff Parking Lot (D, E). The problem with these are not enough parking lot spaces for student and for the faculty, especially in the morning, around ten and twelve and the evening around five to six, so many car are waiting for students to came out so they can get the space. Some times what happened is student go and parked their car on the faculty parking lot, getting at the first time a warning ticket but then is they do it again, they will receive a ticket, making unfair to student because of shortage of parking lots. Others student also parked their cars over the grass and them get warning as well.

On my point of view; Manchester Community College what should have done at the being was built and building parking lot instead of having three or more divisions of set. If they have to get a building parking lot, everybody knows it takes time and may be expensive but is a “perfect” solution; Communities College should do it, because I know it happens to every Community College. Or instead of building it and expending money, which I think they won’t like, they could also have a better organization and counting an approximation of how many students can the college accept at each time class start and ends, having knowledge of how many parking lots required, also giving attention to student who don’t leave at the end of the class, student who enjoyed the gym, student who need a computer used or a book from the library, and student that don’t own a car a take a public transportation, so it is a complicated decision, so I would go with the building parking lot which is smart, beneficial and...
