This is an optional process since the points could reference as dollar amounts. 6. A process will need to be developed to alert the shopper through preferred contact method when they have reached a certain level of points. (automated system) a. This is a mandatory process since it cuts down on someone having to manually contact the customer. 7. A process need to be developed to subtract redeemed points from an account where someone has claimed their prize. a. This is a mandatory process since we need to keep track of points that people have redeemed. 8. Reporting needs to be implemented with different variables so that sells is able to generate reports off of the information collected. Shopper’s personal information will be encrypted and not viewable on the reports. (name, address, email, phone number ect.) a.
