I love to take responsibility when people can rely on me; thus whenever I could not accomplish it, I blame it on myself. I realized that I am such a Protector when I got the result by skimming back all the things that I have done for my family and my friends. I am an introverted person because I need my own private time to recharge myself. I do not like going to clubs and bars where there are so many people or the music is too loud. I always need to sit alone with soft music to think about what I have done each day in order to get myself ready to do other things.

However, at home you control what time you wake up and go to bed. There is no need to worry about disrupting somebody’s sleep. While there are always negatives when having a roommate, there are also positive things. Having a roommate allows you to connect with someone in a way that you never could with others.
While these are all important throughout the nighttime, it does not allow for healing. The body repairs the most during sleep and during quiet times. I noticed I began to focus on the lyrics and for those moments I actually dozed off of what was actually going on in my life. The best way to describe it was it just put my life on pause. I did not have to focus on all the homework I have to do later that day or what responsibilities I had. I was able to drift into a haze where just listening to the lyrics was enough. It actually caused me to relax and not feel so anxious.
It is best to study one topic at a time and to review the notes and materials frequently throughout the week. Having a good place to study is crucial to the learning process. Find a place that is quite with little distraction and has sunlight or light to help focus on the material in front of you.
