1. Executive summary: The Shop was founded since 2007 by Belgian Griet Lorre. Before becoming an F&B Catering shop, Belgian opens a small snack and lunch service for the children and staff at Norbridge International School. Then she began to running The Shop which provides top quality food and drinks, with great service at competitive price. Locating in the famous and easy to find street 240, plus being from Belgium, opening the very first chocolate production workshop in Cambodia was a challenge that proved The Shop becomes the country’s first supplier of Cambodian-made Begian chocolates. To initiate upcoming new taste for customer, the shop will soon launch a new type of chocolate homemade for this Valentine’s Day with the name of YumYum Palm Choco which will be on sale in any branch of The Shop and will target the market of Vietnam, China and India. Our company would be a partnership firm. There would be 2 finance managers, 2 marketing managers, 1 accountant and 1 general manager as part of the organization with other staffs who would run the operation and production. 2.
