Introduction: In this task I will outline electronic and non-electronic methods of communicating business information, using examples for different types of audience. I will outline the audience requirements such industry experience and knowlegdge, I will outline the methods or written communication such as letters and memorandum and I will outline methods of non-written communication for example telephone calls and video conferencing. I will also outline the technologies such as computers and mobile phones. Electronic methods Tesco use Video conferencing – this is a method Tesco use to communicate for meetings. This is the one of the most essential ways of distance communication to connect to people around worldwide. It has the pros of having to see the person you are talking to so you can have more of an effective way of communicating. Also travel costs and time taken to travel costs is reduced significantly. However on the other hand, if the Internet bandwidth is low there may be lagging in the video. To be able to do video conferencing you will need a computer, a webcam, a microphone, speakers, and Internet access and video conferencing software.
