P2- Different concept of health What is Health: Health is the word used to describe how your body feels, being healthy is important because it makes you feel good and live longer. Getting healthy depends on eating the right food, doing exercise, taking medicine if you are sick, knowing what to do if you have an illness or disability and feeling good about yourself. Positive health: Regarding health as feeling fit and well also refers to the physical, intellectual, emotional and social well- being of an individual rather than the absence of disease. Your body functions are optimal. No high blood pressure, no smoking, drinking or drug abuse. Try keeping healthy by doing exercise at least 30 minutes a day no matter what you do by doing this it depends how often you work, jog, run and swim. Lastly to stay relaxed under all circumstances. Mental health: Mental health is when is generally used when someone experiences significant changes in their thinking, feelings or behaviour. The changes need to be bad enough to affect how the person functions or to cause distress to them or to other people.it means mental wellbeing, good mental functioning or having no particular problems in thinking, feelings or behaviour. Physical health: Health is the condition of a living organism at a given time. It is the soundness of the body, freedom from the disease of optimal well-being. It is when the body is functioning as it was designed to function. People want to be healthy but environmental forces can attack the body or the person may have genetic malfunctions. The main concerns in health are preventing disease and healing damage caused by injuries and biological attacks. Negative health: Negative health is normally based on how an individual absence of disease. This means that there’s high blood pressure, smoking, drinking and drug abuse. Not staying health by eating
