Dear City Councilmen, Cell phones have changed our world in so many ways; some positive and some negative. In my opinion cell phones have changed the world for the better in technical matters. Without cell phones our world would not be where it is now-a-days and as advanced as it needs to be without them. As far as being a distraction, they have become very dangerous as well. People say for people walking and on the phone is even dangerous, but let alone people on the phone and driving.

It may be that they do not know about the services available. Individuals may face more than on barrier to accessing services. Physical barriers * These are objects that prevent an individual from getting where they must go e.g. a wheelchair user is unable to enter a building because the doorway is too narrow or there are steps so they can’t get to the entrance.
The money spent on the guards would be a waste. The guards would just sit there and rarely do anything. There are not many actions for armed guards to take care of. For example, principles could take care of fights and the police could take care of threats. Second reason for armed guards not to be in schools is that shooting rarely happen.
Who new I could be so addicted to a cell phone. Now that I think about it a cell phone is a luxury not a necessity. Necessities are food, clothes, water etc. you can not live without them, you need them to survive. Cell phones, makeup, polish are a luxury, you want them you do not need them.
