Which means the behavior of people within an organization affects the growth of an organization. A person with interpersonal skills must possess emotional intelligence and other attributes linked to it, in order to understand the emotions of others as well as their own. A person who has great interpersonal skills can work well with other individuals more in general. It’s easier for them to work effectively in a team or group and communicate well with their colleagues, peers, and clients. Therefore, these skills play a major role in all aspects of life, professionally, academically, and socially. These skills can be developed with practice and knowledge of how to communicate with others. This helps in understanding people in a better manner which eventually leads to better relationships.
