In today’s situation where there is ferocious rivalry among different organisations, organisational justice ends up being a main consideration of examination. This means that the employees perceive their work environment as just. So, it can be said that according to employees there is somewhat fairness in their work environment. This means that employees perceive their organisation as just which will further lead to effectiveness of the organisation. So we can say employees are satisfied with how timely information is conveyed to them and also they have some say in the various concerned processes that take place within the organisation. Further analysis of the study shows that there is no significant difference in perceived justice with respect to age which means that there is no difference in the degree of perceived fairness of people from different age groups in the study that is from 20-53years, there is no significant difference in perceived justice with respect to work experience but a significant level of difference was found with respect to gender. Organisational justice with respect to work experience There is no significant difference in perceived justice with respect to gender. The value of t is -1.38 and degree of freedom is 101. Mean of employees under 1-4 years of working experience is 65.12 whereas for above 4years of experience is 69.85. This means that no matter how long a person has been working in an organisation, their perception of fairness in the work environment is same.
