Being an organ donor would help many people who are in need to stay alive. The young need to set the rostrum for the future generations to come. To save the lives of others with an organ from your son or daughter, mother or father is big. A part of them is still living on this earth. People should be organ donors because when you are done on this earth your organs may help others who are almost dying. Every thirteen minutes a person is added to the organ donor lists. In those thirteen minutes a mother and father heard that their child might die if they do not receive the organ that they need. From people who are serpentine to somnambulist they deserve to live. Your decision to become an organ donor may be vital to someone who is on the waiting list waiting to hear that they have found an organ for them. Be the one to help save someone’s life. Currently there are more than 100,000 people waiting on the waiting list. There is 100,000 people supine wondering if they are going to get a donor. Ten percent of these 100,000 people are children under the age of eighteen. One person’s organ donation could save eight lives. Help stop the sixteen to seventeen people who die each day from not getting a transplant. The average survival rate is eighty percent. That is a massive increase from twenty percent that would live without the surgery. Organ donations are needed greatly. Only 28,000 out of the 100,000 people receive a transplant in the U.S. each year. People eating out of a tureen waiting to hear they have found a donor for them. In Ohio there are 3,000 people waiting for and organ transplant and thousands more are in need of tissue and cornea transplant. Thousand are waiting for a lifesaving heart, lung, kidney, pancreas, small bowel, or liver. Being an organ donor will not disfigure your body.
