We will look closely at Emirates’ operations activities . Emirates is the world’s fastest growing airline and forms part of the ‘Emirates Group’. This organization can be classified as a service provider with facilitating products , since what it produces is intangible, but during the process it also offers some products, like meals. Basically , Emirates’ main service is to transform the location of its customers and of its cargo. It uses transforming resources such as facilities ; aircrafts and terminals , and staff ; cabin crew and engineers .
