Obesity Obesity should improve their diet plan to minimise the effects of having an unbalanced diet. They should improve their diet by reducing the energy intake from their diet by 600 calories a day. An obese person should eat healthy with fruits, vegetables. An obese person will have to have their five fruits/veg a day, cut down on saturated food and on sugar/high calories food. The service users will have to keep a healthy diet by cut down on oily or fast food and start having carbohydrates or protein in their meals which creates a healthy meal. The service user will need to exercise more and be active which will be hard for them as they may have no energy, and have low self-esteem. This will help the service user to minimise the effects of an unbalanced diet and the increase of their weight becoming larger. The service user will need to have plenty of potatoes/bread, rice, pasta, or other starch food. Some milk and dairy foods, or some meat, fish and eggs will be needed in the diet for the service user. The service user will need to eat small amounts of food and drinks that are high in fat and sugar and other dairy products to minimise the increase of their weight. Medicines are only used if your BMI is at least 30, or 28 if you have a weight-related condition, such as type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure. Weight loss pills is the medicine, health, or physical fitness, of reduction of the total body mass, due to a mean loss of fluid, body fat or adipose tissue and/or lean mass, namely bone mineral deposits, muscle, tendon, and other connective tissue. It can happen by chance due to an underlying disease or can arise from a conscious effort to improve an actual or perceived overweight or obese state.
