Obamacare is Beneficial for the American People There are nearly 44 million Americans who are uninsured. Many Americans cannot afford health insurance; Obamacare is the answer to this problem. President Obama’s goal was to ensure that the American people have accessibility to health care. The Affordable Care Act was passed in March 23, 2013 by President Obama. The Affordable Care Act also known as “Obamacare” makes health insurance be within arm’s reach to Americans. Every American benefits from Obamacare whether they do agree with it or do not. Obamacare is most beneficial to people cannot afford health care. Obamacare is there to help Americans with affordability, protection from health insurance companies and increases the quality of health insurance. With Obamacare, there is beneficial coverage to American people. Obamacare provides an insurance marketplace. This insurance marketplace is for people to pick the insurance company that better suits them. Obamacare expands the availability to private and public health insurance companies. The insurance marketplace provides information about the variety of insurances and those who may need help in navigating through the enrollment process. Under the new law care law health insurances companies cannot deny or limit people with pre-existing conditions. Parents with children with disabilities can ensure that their children will not be denied or have limitations with health coverage. Under Obamacare health insurance companies can no longer deny coverage to people who want their services. With Obamacare American people are protected from health insurance companies. Not only does Obamacare benefits Americans with excellent coverage, but provides affordability to health insurance.
