1. Overview of the LQ International Company LQ International Company is a private limited company, which means the goal of the company is maximizing the profit(Baumol,2009). The operations in LQ are following the input/transformation/output operation model. The inputs are investment of 12 factories in 9 cities and large numbers of labors who are employed by LQ and technology, while generally the labor cost is very low. Through transformation of production, a great amount of products designed from many well-known technology companies are produced by LQ Company. Apple’s iPod and iPhone are typical examples as output. These activities made LQ succeed with the good revenue. The revenue has been increased by 53% which is over 60 billion USD from 2005 to 2010. The net profit has been up 31% which is 4.2 billion USD. LQ international also won many awards such as "Best Corporate Strategy" by Asia Money. However, there are some problems in the organization which causes critical stresses in the workplace. For example, poor motivation, terrible interpersonal relationship, uncomfortable culture, lack of communication and incorrect leadership. As a result, the main tasks of the group are to analyze the problems and stress which cause committed suicide and provide some recommendations to manage and reduce the stress. 2. Stress in LQ International Company 3.1. The Nature of Stress and Differences from pressure Stress is a dynamic, complex concept and very personal experience and stress and pressure has different concepts(Mullins,2008). It is a source of tension and frustration and produced in a series of the behavior of interrelated factors like individuals, groups, organizations and environmental factors(Mullins,2008).Stress can cause fatigue or unpleasant work, and a conflict, confusion.
