Unfortunately the recent report tells us that only by 2095 we can achieve the full gender equality on the workplace. However, of course, we could try and shorten that time. It is obviously important to have not only males in the business world, because this way we miss out on many opportunities that women could bring to the world, due to the different perception of values. The lawsuit is trying to get Starbucks to adjust their policies in order to not discriminate against people with disabilities. In my opinions people in America have begun to lessen their prejudices against race because there are now so many multiracial families. However, people with disabilities are still hugely discriminated against. Accommodating Elsa Sallard with a stool would have been an easy request to grant. Because this is something the company or that particular district had never experienced it seems they were unfamiliar with how the employee might be able to accomplish her job while using a stool.
