Justin Dawn, age 16, was asked what his favorite way to stay in shape was and he responded weight lifting. His second choice was football. He said that he goes to the gym on a daily basis and likes to play football on the weekends. He was born in the United States and raised to watch football with his dad and brothers. His dad was a body builder for many years.
Dale Earnhardt The famous all known racer was born on April 29, 1951 into a family full of racing. He got his first taste of racing while he watched his father Ralph Earnhardt in his earlier years of racing as a short-track racer in kannapolis, North Carolina a small town outside of Charlotte. It was only natural for little boys to want to take after Ralph Earnhardt while his racing carreer was going on, but it was true for Dale Earnhardt. His father Raplh Earnhardt was a natraul born racer as he regularly participated in a stock car racing events held all over the southeast. The more Earnhardt watched his father win races, the more it fueled his aspiration.
Knowing the internal and external factors as a manager can make the difference between success and failure of a business. Managers should be flexible when making decisions within an organization. The organization I have selected is my friend’s business, a local automotive shop. His shop is growing and business is very busy. Constant improvements are being made in all areas of his business in order to help it succeed.
“After that I thought he’d freeze himself to death working on that car.” (397). By him putting on that effort into fixing up the car symbolizes him making an effort to work on the relationship between him and his brother. He is working hard to fix the car, which shows that he wants to fix things between him and his brother. He wants to make things right, and the best way to show that is through fixing the car. The purchase of the car by the brothers is the symbolism of the brothers’ relationship through all the ups and downs that they go through.
Every morning I wake up and what motivate me is, that I get to fixed car. Sometime, I get to see many different cars that come in that I never see before. Plus, I get to fix it. Also, I get to do what I like in my life. Also, I get to talk to other peoples at work.

When I was playing high school football I would watch Ray Lewis on Television to learn from him. I played linebacker and wanted to learn from the best. He is getting older now but still plays with the fire he did when he was a rookie in the league. He is well prepared each and every game. His coaches can trust him to lead his team and trust him to keep them in their place when they step out of line.

Emil the Sly Medic Another chilly December afternoon, my family was still absorbing the festivities of Christmas, preparing for New Year’s. I arrive at Uncle Mickey and Aunty Dot’s house, also known as Emil and Dorothy Hugo. Ever since they had retired, they have always been very supportive with my family, attending our sports activities as much as possible. We sat down and he offered me a can of guava juice as usual. His raspy, Pigeon accent and carefree mood comforts me as we settle down to watch the College Bowl Games.
