Basic essentials needed to maintain a happy family life The basic requirement for a happy family life is Love. Without love for your partner and all family members, along with each member loving one another, to some degree, you would not be as willing to work together, creating harmony. Material possessions and monetary assets are the least important to maintain a healthy family life. The "Family" is the people within the group, not what they have, but what they find and have in each other. What is more important and most essential, are the attitudes and treatment of one another.
Chen Da wouldn’t be able to achieve anything if his family just give up on him, and think he will be a farmer for rest of his life. The reason that made Chen Da success is his guilt towards his family, because they believe in him. His family never gave up on him; instead they kept on encouraging him to do better. I could never imagine not being supportive of him and can never imagine not nurturing his mind. I know all too well the role I play in his development and how he views himself, how eventually the world will view him. I will never hamper his development by letting him feel as if he is not good enough for his own mother's approval because I fear he will seek that before all else. I fear he will be like myself and waste away years trying to be someone he isn't for an approval that does not matter when it isn't given. A childs largest support system stems from their imediate environment and their family.

A man that had to sell himself to be successful, meaning he always knew what was the best for him. In his later years, my father became extremely difficult to be around. The more I didn’t want to pursue his dreams, the less he wanted to be around me. It’s hard to look at his life through someone else’s perspective, as I’ve only see my one distorted view of my father, of me not believing in the same things, not valuing the same things life has given us. My father started out a great salesman, with dreams and goals.
It also shows how much he wanted a “father form heaven”: someone he could rely on to earn for his family and support him. Frank thinks his dead brothers won’t ever have to deal with such worries and not getting what they want. He realizes that death may have not been such a bad thing for Eugene but a way of escaping all of life’s hardships for a much more heavenly place. He even seems to be a bit jealous! I sometime have a feeling like a leader that has the courage and confidence to do anything that may seem difficult to accomplish. The only difference is that his work is far more superior then mine. His situation is far more difficult than mine. I only feel like the Box Man when I am work I like to do and things I have to accomplish. I feel like it’s only me and myself when I face hard work, and no one to disturb me from working on it.
Happy has lived in the shadow of Biff his whole life, he feels that to get the attention he deserves he must strive to be more successful than his brother. When Willy was talking about Biff, Happy kept hinting that he was losing weight, but Willy seems to ignore him. “He is a marked-down version of his father, with not even a grand dream to cover his grossness. His only redeeming aspect is an easy-going fondness for his family” (Koon pg.37). Happy shows
He would like to settle for less and do something he enjoys. However, his father refuses to believe that his child was born to work on a ranch. Anyone would want the most for their kid. Most of the time, this happiness from parents is provided by the fact that their child is thoroughly financially secure and maintains a white collar career. This problem is still very apparent today.
