The way you handle various situations will depend on your management style. There are four major types of management styles. Which are 1.autocratic 2.paternalistic 3.democratic and 4.laissezfair these four types are discussed in full detail on this web page Managementstyle.org For my personality and the way I want my company to run I would say my management style would be paternalistic. I would use the input from my employees to help me make the best decision for our company. I want the best for my company and my employees. I would like to take into consideration all the suggestion my employees have. With their suggestions and my insight of business together we should succeed all our goals and make our company succeed in every way possible. I want to be able to run my company and solve all the problems that arise the best way for everybody. I want to be able to stay calm and not be a boss that is stressed out all the time. I don’t want to take my stresses out on my employees. And I expect the same from them. If we have problems or disagreements I want to settle them in the calmest way possible. I want my employees and myself to make the clearest decisions that we possibly can. I want to be able to communicate so everyone understands what is happening or what needs to be completed. I don’t want employees saying they have no idea what they are supposed to be doing. That would be bad communication. If there is a problem I want my employees to know about it. I want them to know so they can come up with solutions to help fix it. I want my company to achieve all of our goals. I want my employees to work at their best levels. I want them to give their all. I want them to know without them doing their best we wouldn’t
