Brittnae Cole Psy 160 M-W “My life so far” Life is short, live for now. The first three words of this autobiography I have heard since I was a little girl. “Life is short,” has always been my mother’s words to me. She suggests that life does not wait for one to make appropriate decisions or to plan every second of your life, just live. However, my mother is an extremely organized person and does make appropriate decisions for herself and family, but she also knows when to just throw her hands up, and go with the flow. I am much like my mother in the aspect of organization and plans; however I take my six word autobiography a little closer to my heart than her. When facing the many problems life throws at you, sometimes it is best to simply just live, go with your heart and not your mind. Being only 18 years old, I am aware that I have not lived much. I have been through minimal experiences compared to those who are older than me. I have however had my struggles, and these six words truly have helped me grow and be a little more spontaneous in my day to day life. Legacy is a large word for me. I am young, and have many more years ahead, but if I were to choose my own legacy it would be for family and friends to say I was dedicated. I believe that dedication is key to any success one wishes to pursue. That success could be a mother, father, educator, factory worker, or secretary, but whatever it is, dedication is needed to be successful. I want to change lives of little children that are in need of extra attention, and I want that to be my main legacy, helping others and being dedicated to my life, family, and students. I talk about this in every paper I write, my love for children, and I am looking forward to helping these children. I want my future to be directed toward the face of young children. What I am most looking forward to in my years ahead
