What she likes the most about her job is meeting with new people getting to know her customer on a personal level. Vicki says the skills you need to run a furniture store are time management, taking care of customers, solving complex problems and make hard decision. Vicki has an

I really enjoyed getting to know 2 of my team members whom I worked very closely with on this project and will keep in touch with after this class is long over. As for what could have gone better, I feel we had some serious disruptions that caused our group to form in a reactive manner… versus naturally; I would have liked to experience a more solid group experience. 2. If working in a group: What did you learn from working in a project group? Aside from the class content I learned that I don’t wait for things to happen I went into this telling my group that under no circumstance could I lead this project but I found myself incapable of waiting for things to evolve on their own, I have more of a leader personality than I thought.
It accounts for 59% of the reason for job satisfaction. In my particular position, I work very closely to my supervisor so it is very important for me to have a good relationship with her. There have been times where we did not exactly see eye to eye and our personalities clashed and it made work extremely uncomfortable and miserable for a very long time. Finally, we were able to resolve our differences and now can work together in a peaceful environment. Having a peaceful working environment is very important to job
She understands that her employees have science backgrounds and will interpret everything accordingly. Mickey reports she has not faced any real opposition from any of her employees. She has had disagreements, however, her goal is to listen to all of her employees and then provide feedback in order to coach each person individually or as a team. She strives at getting along with her staff by following the rules, having an open door policy, and being flexible. Again, understanding her employees is the key to relationship building.
Strengths Activity Which activities you did in the past week did you really look forward to doing? Which did you find yourself volunteering for? * The activities that I did in the past week that I really looked forward was working out, and getting all homework done in advance, and typing two papers a week before they were due. I was volunteering to myself because I felt good about myself when I got all of those activities done. What are you naturally inquisitive about, you keep learning and researching around it?
Next year I know I will miss the comforting feeling I receive when I walk into her classroom. It was an absolute honor to learn and work with Mrs. Perkins. No words can express how grateful I am for all of her hard work and effort. A good teacher is one that helps students to understand difficult concepts, but Mrs. Perkins is a great educator that not only motivates teenagers, but sincerely cares for and helps each of her students. Because of her, I am now able to thoroughly enjoy and understand music.
Evaluations were done together with the parents while treatment was done one on one with the child. My supervisor has years of experience as an occupational therapist and was very helpful. I watched my supervisor as she was teaching the children how to discover new motor functions. Volunteering was a great opportunity for me to enrich myself in information I need for my career goal as an occupational therapy assistant. Not only have I gained more knowledge in the field of occupational therapy, but I have experienced hands on the tasks that occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants perform.
I will profit the same time to say thank you to all the staff member of Hodges University, to my fellow classmate, and particularly to my “Chair Program” Dr. Joseph Kibilewski who is always there to assist me with classes and to give me very good advices. Another special goes to the Librarian people specially Mrs. Riva who is never tired to see me asking for help, to the registered office members, to the financial Aid and to all other professors who were able to understand me when I struggled in their classes when it’s time to give an oral Presentation. Hodges University, it’s the best school in the community, all together they are doing a very good job to help people to become more independent to their self and to give them another orientation for their life especially “single
I did enjoy everything I learned on peer reviews and how effective those can be. Especially since I have been able to apply them to my job and to help expand my boss from just mundane comments to actual constructive reviews. Plagrisim is something that has been touched on since I was in middle school, possibly even elementary school but I can’t exactly remember back THAT far. Seeing how it has affected people in the spotlight has shed some huge light onto how it is a serious offensive and isn’t to be taken lightly. Sometimes I will draw and I have friends who are artists and someone taking their work and not giving them credit is a huge offense to them.
